Additionally, we are guided by the following policies: Group Sustainability Policy (GSP) FGV Group Guidelines and Procedures for Responsible Recruitment and Employment of Migrant Workers FGV Group Grievance Management Policy Through the diligent implementation of regulations concerning human rights and labour standards, we aim to bolster our reputation among stakeholders and simultaneously enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Apart from adhering to human rights principles that are aligned with international standards, we also comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect the rights of our diverse workforce.
