After the merger in 2007, she was appointed Vice President of the Group Corporate Assurance Department for the Plantation Division in Sime Darby Berhad. Subsequently, she became General Manager and Head of the Group Internal Audit in Boustead Holdings Berhad, where she led the internal audits covering three listed subsidiaries, before joining FGV in 2012.
